I came across BlueCubes in 2010 when establishing eTimes2 ltd and looking for developers to build an interactive employee engagement platform. I needed more than a website. I needed complex coding and design. I needed a gamified user experience wrapped up in a package that shouted ‘serious business tool’ to my clients. A tough request.
